Project Summary

We provide strategic event communications that extend beyond invitations, developing tailored messages, themes and content plans. Our work includes energizing Phillips 66’s United Way campaign with creative programming and full messaging support, and elevating UW Continuum College’s event series through purposeful content and experiences that highlight each gathering’s goals, stories and impact.

Our Approach

Events are complicated, and communications support for them goes far beyond providing invitations and remarks. We help our clients develop key messages and themes specifically for their goals and audience, and we help them map out when and how to communicate.

The Impact

We worked with Phillips 66 to create excitement and enthusiasm for their annual United Way campaign. From helping brainstorm the idea for an all-employee pep rally complete with NFL partners, United Way representatives, sideline interviews of MVP employees and even a mascot arm wrestling competition to providing messaging, a full run of show, design support, executive remarks and participant prep, we helped create a memorable event that revved up enthusiasm for supporting the community and celebrated employees’ positive impact.  

 Continuum Convenes is an ongoing event series through the UW Continuum College aimed at sparking meaningful dialogue around the region’s evolving higher education needs. We help clients elevate the annual fundraising luncheon and spring community gathering through strategic content development, shaping print and digital experiences that bring each event’s purpose, themes and stories to life for every guest.
