Project Summary
We partnered with Argus to create Argus 360, an internal photo competition that highlights the company’s technical, people-driven work through employees’ own perspectives. From concept development to branding, rollout and governance, the program boosted engagement, built an authentic imagery library and offered leadership fresh insight into the company’s culture and everyday impact.
Our Approach
Argus takes great pride in its people, culture and specialized projects in fuels infrastructure. Its teams operate across complex transportation sectors, producing work that is both highly technical and compelling. Argus needed a new way to showcase that work — and the people behind it — from an authentic, internal perspective.
Our team created Argus 360, an internal photography competition designed to tell the company's story through employees' eyes. We partnered with leadership to shape the concept and secure buy-in, then brought it to life with branded launch materials and company-wide collateral. To drive broad participation, we developed monthly photography themes, a clear submission process and defined judging criteria and governance guidelines.
The Impact
The result has been a resounding success. Argus not only built a vibrant library of authentic images to enhance business development and marketing efforts but also strengthened employee engagement, pride and connection across the organization. The competition inspired creativity across departments, giving employees a new way to express themselves and showcase their everyday contributions. It also provided leadership with meaningful insights into how team members view and experience the company’s culture.
