When Phillips 66 refreshed its corporate values and behaviors, it needed a campaign to reach 13,000 employees across hundreds of locations. 

Our Approach

We partnered with the HR and internal communications teams to design a rollout that was experiential, scalable and memorable. Our activation strategy blended insight with creative execution to spark alignment and momentum enterprisewide. Key elements included: 

  • Leadership messaging to reinforce values and behaviors. 
  • Signage and visibility materials to embed culture. 
  • Customized SWAG for every employee worldwide.

The campaign delivered a cultural re-launch that strengthened understanding, reinforced alignment across teams and geographies elevated employee pride in living the values and behaviors every day.
