Inspiring audiences with keynote addresses

Project Summary

We collaborated with Phillips 66 executive and University of Arkansas alumnus Pam McGinnis on her commencement address for the College of Engineering. The project marked a meaningful moment of personal connection, reflection and pride as Pam returned to her alma mater to address the next generation of engineers. We were honored to support the development of a message rooted in powerful storytelling, authenticity and purpose, one that celebrated both her professional journey and the graduates’ achievements.

Our Approach

Drawing on our executive communications expertise and deep passion for writing and editing, we worked closely with Pam to shape an engaging 20-minute keynote. Our collaborative process emphasized clarity, narrative flow and audience connection, ensuring the speech felt natural to deliver while remaining impactful. We focused on weaving personal anecdotes with broader lessons, balancing inspiration with practicality so the message resonated with graduates, faculty and guests alike.

The Impact

The result was a keynote Pam felt confident and proud to deliver, one that inspired its audience and elevated the significance of the commencement ceremony. This project reflects Spring Green’s broader speechwriting capabilities. In addition to commencement addresses, we craft remarks for corporate and philanthropic events, conference panelists and executives speaking at internal all-hands meetings and fireside chats.

Speechwriting that connects with the audience and makes speakers shine.
