Getting thousands of your customers together in one room is a rare and valuable opportunity to prove brand value, establish trust in leadership and strengthen customer loyalty. For Phillips 66’s Marketing Conference in Las Vegas, the spotlight was on leadership — and the message had to deliver.
Our Approach
We partnered with five Phillips 66 leaders to develop compelling conference speeches designed to resonate with a large, high-stakes audience. Our work focused on sharpening key messages, aligning presentations with brand priorities and crafting language that inspired customers to embrace innovation, explore new ideas and see new possibilities with Phillips 66 brands.
The Impact
The result was a cohesive, high-energy leadership presence that reinforced Phillips 66’s vision and credibility. The conference messaging helped energize customers, deepen trust and position the brand as a partner in helping them win the marketplace. The Marketing Conference received a Silver Stevie Award and speeches we wrote for the conference received recognition in the 2023 Hermes Awards: a platinum, a gold and an honorable mention. One of the speeches also received an honorable mention in the Cicero Speechwriting Awards.
