Showcasing your people strategy

Project Summary

Investors and potential employees are two of a company’s most important audiences. Both expect transparency, credible data and a clear view into how an organization supports its people and delivers on its commitments to employees and the broader community. We worked with the team at Phillips 66 to produce an annual human capital management report that provides a comprehensive, accessible view of the company’s people strategy. The report showcases how the Houston-based energy company is building a high-performing organization while navigating the challenges of the energy transition.

Our Approach

The result is a polished, cohesive publication that offers insight into the human side of Phillips 66. The report reinforces transparency, builds trust with key audiences and positions the company as a thoughtful leader in how it supports and invests in its people.

The Impact

Our work begins with strategy and content planning, aligning key messages with stakeholder expectations and evolving disclosure standards. We collaborate closely with internal teams to identify the most meaningful stories and data, then translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives. The report highlights Phillips 66’s efforts to strengthen its culture, develop a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline and thoughtfully compensate and reward employees. From writing and editing to design and final proofreading, we manage the process end to end to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.
