Project Summary

We partnered with Boardwalk Pipelines to reimagine their 2024–2025 Sustainability Report as more than a traditional data document. The goal was to create a strategic communication tool that highlights the company’s commitment to transparency and its evolving brand. Rather than simply presenting metrics, the report was designed to engage stakeholders, tell a compelling story and provide a clear, usable resource for employees, partners, and the public. 

Our Approach

We developed a streamlined, fit-for-purpose structure that emphasized clarity, accessibility and narrative flow. Every section of the report was crafted to reinforce Boardwalk’s sustainability priorities while offering pathways for deeper exploration through the company’s newly redesigned website. Visual elements, messaging and content hierarchy were carefully aligned to make complex data approachable and meaningful. Our collaborative approach ensured that the report communicated both the company’s achievements and its aspirational goals, reflecting the brand’s identity and mission. 

The Impact

The result is a concise, engaging sustainability report that supports Boardwalk’s narrative of "Powering Possibility" through reliable, innovative energy infrastructure. Stakeholders now have a resource that is easy to reference, share, and understand, strengthening confidence in the company’s sustainability efforts. Beyond metrics, the report positions Boardwalk as a transparent, forward-thinking organization, using strategic communication to connect with audiences and elevate the brand’s story across internal and external channels.
