Jennifer partners with business leaders to transform financial data into the clear, actionable story that drives confident decision-making. Her practice focuses on strategic finance and accounting operations, including providing fractional CFO guidance and building the operational roadmaps that align a company’s numbers with its purpose.

Jennifer began her career in public accounting, auditing clients across industries ranging from retail and manufacturing to healthcare and non-profit. That breadth gave her a fluency in how financial operations look different depending on the business — and what good looks like in each context. She deepened that foundation during her time at a large bank, where she gained a cross-functional view of how the finance, HR, legal, IT and marketing departments each contribute to business performance. When in that role, she developed her core conviction: that visibility into the right data is what separates companies that react from those that lead.

From there, Jennifer went on to lead finance and operations for global professional services agencies, serving on leadership teams where she ensured actionable data fed the strategic insights needed to drive revenue growth and deliver profit. With more than two decades of experience, she now brings that expertise directly to the companies that need it most, helping leaders streamline close cycles, develop meaningful KPIs and navigate pivotal business transitions with clarity.

Jennifer lives in the Pacific Northwest, where she can be found exploring the outdoors, traveling to new destinations, experimenting in the kitchen and spending quality time with her family.
