After two decades of in-house corporate marketing and communications roles, Jennifer began consulting in January 2023. She uses her deep expertise in culture strategy, change management, marketing, and communications to guide clients through various transformation efforts. She also coaches executive leaders.
Jennifer spent 22 years at Phillips 66 and its predecessors in marketing, communications, change management and HR positions. As part of a large-scale initiative, she increased trust in leadership by designing and championing cultural transformation, people strategy, and leadership development programs. By clearly connecting employee responsibilities with business strategy, she improved employee understanding of company vision. Jennifer directed award-winning lead generation campaigns with agency partners, increasing lead conversion rates. She’s also led teams of people leaders, highly skilled professionals, and contractors for more than 17 years.
Jennifer describes herself as a relationship builder, driving engagement and gaining buy-in from stakeholders. She’s passionate about creating leadership alignment, building strong cultures, and coaching for performance, ultimately to unlock business value.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and an MBA from Rice University in Houston. A native Houstonian, she and her husband live in Katy with their three dogs and have recently become empty nesters.
